What medium do you use?

Accepted Answer

I illustrate using traditional medium or digital.

For traditional - Each illustration is handmade on paper, using pencil and watercolor on white or toned paper. Guests receive a personalized illustration on the event day, protected in a clear envelope.

For digital - Creating illustrations on an iPad adds a modern twist to traditional art, preserving the time and care of classic methods. Clients receive artwork conveniently via messages or emails, ensuring a smooth delivery process.

How long does it take to illustrate each guest?

Each figure (one guest) takes about 8-10 minutes. 15-18 minutes per couple.

Question 4

What is the process during the event?

Accepted Answer

I capture a photo of your guest(s) and record their name on the sign-up list.
Guests receive their illustrations at the end of the event

What does the hiring client needs to provide?

Medium  or large 6' size table, two chair in a well lit area. Preferably away from the dj/music, so Julija is able to interact with guests in a easy manner. Access to power supply is always a plus.

What if all guests cannot be illustrated during the event?

Accepted Answer

For large events, post-event illustration services are very popular and usually needed.
I'll photograph guests & create post-event illustrations in my studio. 
I'll send all completed drawings to the hiring client within 10 business days.
This service will be added and quoted separately upon agreement.

Question 7

May I add graphics on a paper?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Julija is able to add small graphic to the a paper. Usually it is positioned on the left bottom corner of the page. Most common graphics are - the date of the event, name or branding logo.

Do you travel for the event?

Accepted Answer

Sure thing! I'm excited to hear about your vision and I will do everything I can to make it happen. If we need to travel outside of Illinois, there will be a travel fee added to the total cost.
